  • Bhaskar: has been with AMAN for the last four years and is responsible for AMAN's accounts work. 
  • Devrani: is a lawyer and located at the Bihar office of AMAN. She is involved with the gender issues in Bihar.
  • Hotiram: helps in maintenance of the office and is also involved in day to day administration.
  • Hassath: manages the Information Systems at the Aman Central Office, which are special in being based entirely on Free / Libre Open Source Software. She also handles the Resource Centre. Hassath has been involved in various kinds of work in her career. Children's publishing, documentary films, social issue workshops with students, documentation are some of the areas she has worked in. 
  • Jamal Kidwai: is currently the Director of AMAN Trust. He is one of the founder members of AMAN Trust. Previously, he was involved with the Oxfam Violence Amelioration and Mitigation Project.   • Ishteyaque Ahmed: has been involved with AMAN for the last five months. He is currently involved with Aman's work dealing with women affected by caste massacres in Bihar, NREGA project in Bihar.   • Radhey Shyam Sharma: has been involved with data processing and worked as an administrative assistant with Oxfam (India) Trust, New Delhi. He consecutively worked on Oxfam's Gujarat Earthquake Response Program as a logistics, administration and purchases person. He later handled the administration department in Sphere India, New Delhi, a humanitarian organization in his capacity as an Executive assistant. He is been involved with AMAN for the past 5 years as the office administrator and assistant in accounting.   • Rahul: has been with AMAN for the last four years. Having finished his Post Graduation Degree in Human Rights and Law from Calcutta University, with specialisation in issues relating to Migration, Displacement and North East India. He is currently involved with Aman's work dealing with study on cross border migration from Nepal to Delhi, study on status of education in the North East India. research on the undocumented migrants from Nepal and Bangladesh in the coal mines of Meghalaya and developing and maintainence of AMAN website.   • Ranjit Bhai: is the office supervisor at the Bihar office and is involved with the NREGA project of AMAN.
  • Shiv Varan: manages the office kitchen and also assists the office administrator.
